**SENIOR FRONT OF HOUSE SUPERVISOR**

With the opening of new sites an opportunity rises for the right person to join the team.

**JOB OVERVIEW**

At Huckleberrys Bar & Grill our guests demand the finest food, service and atmosphere. It is for our team to deliver these exacting standards with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers.

To assist in all operational aspects, and ensure the smooth running and exceptional customer service in the restaurant.

To manage, train and supervise by example all front of house staff.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**

To work at Huckleberrys you must be confident, friendly, enthusiastic and welcoming with excellent communication skills. You must have an eye for detail and be able to work under pressure whilst maintaining strong leadership skills to ensure the team deliver excellent customer service at all times.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**

You must:
Have proof of right to work in the UK

Have a UK bank account in your own name

Be able to converse in English

Have a fixed place of residence within a reasonable travelling distance of your main workplace

**RESPONSIBLE TO**

General Manager

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

To represent the company’s high standards of personal presentation and behaviour at all times during a shift

To report for duty, punctually, wearing the correct uniform

To assist in the set up and maintenance of all restaurant service areas

To assist in the operation of an effective reservations program

To welcome the guests in a friendly and accommodating manner making a great first impression

To have good product knowledge to ensure maximum benefit to the guest

To supervise and assist in serving and presenting food and beverages promptly, consistently achieving the required standards

To deal with issues raised by the customer in a polite and efficient manner

To adhere to all of the companies policies and procedures

To ensure that a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained by following cleaning routines and on-going diligence during the shift and in set up and close down procedures

To have a thorough knowledge of and adherence to the law with regard to the following company regulations;
Licensing Laws

Health & Safety Regulations

Food Handling & Hygiene Laws

Fire Regulations and Procedures

First Aid Procedures

To bring a positive motivating attitude to leading the front of house team to ensure the high standards of the company are met at all times

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-35 per week

**Salary**: £15.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
