We have a fantastic opportunity for a Swim Club Host/Therapist to join the team at Another Place, the Lake. Do you enjoy the feeling pampering other people? **The role**:
Our Swim Club host/therapists deliver professional treatments to guests in an environment of exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Swim Club manager, you will need to have excellent communication skills as well as previous experience within a spa and treatments environment.

**What your days could look like**:

- To deliver a range of beauty treatments to the standards defined by the Swim Club Manager, within the period specified. To include, but not limited to;
- A range of massages
- A range of facials
- Any other treatments that are required
- Discuss the treatment list with guests, giving professional advice where needed
- Ensure all customer feedback is passed on to the Swim Club manager
- Help to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests and adhere to the hotel’s health and safety policy and procedures
- To keep the treatment rooms clean and tidy to the required standards at all times
- To ensure all the utensils and equipment are sterilised after every treatment
- To manage the days bookings effectively, to ensure that any changes are taken into account, in order to meet the ever changing needs of our guests
- Manage access to Swim Club whilst welcoming guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner
- Act as the main point of contact for all visitors to Swim Club and to ensure its facilities are fully explained to all users
- Welcome all day visitors to Swim Club and ensure the smooth running of their day
- Respond to all enquiries in a timely manner and in a style that meets our brand guidelines.
- Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the treatment list and it’s parameters
- Liaise with the therapists on duty to update them on any changes to their appointments throughout the day
- Conduct tours of Swim Club

**Job skills & requirements**:

- NVQ level 3 in beauty therapy or an equivalent qualification i.e BTEC or ITEC level 3
- Qualifications in holistic therapies would be preferable but not essential
