Due to consistent growth, our dynamic Sales and Marketing team is currently looking to welcome an experienced Telemarketing Executive with exceptional campaign management and lead conversion experience. This full-time role is 37.5 hours per week.

As an integral member of the team, you will play a key role in helping create sales and marketing strategies with the aim of managing and executing, targeted telemarketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Running targeted campaigns and making follow up telephone calls to set up demonstrations on behalf of our Business Development Managers
- Contacting prospects and explaining how our software can improve their business efficiency.
- Managing existing prospects
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns
- Maintenance of the lead database

Key Requirements:

- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build relationships
- Confidence and enthusiasm with attention to detail
- Proactive attitude
- Ability to accomplish tasks and problem solve
- Good IT skills
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Experience of Hubspot (Desirable)
- Knowledge of business software systems (Desirable)
- Experience of working in sales within a software solution sales environment (Desirable)
