Orka Financial is working with a listed, global, manufacturing business to recruit a Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner role. This role will be a remote role although there will be the need to travel to their head office near Paddington on occasionso proximity to this area will be a benefit. The role will support the North Region Head of Commercial Finance and Operations
and the Divisional Commercial Finance Business partner (Demand planner) in the development and deployment of the Regional Sales Forecasting Tool.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for producing the North Region monthly statistical forecast (volumes, revenue, ASP), the yearly plans (customer and selling product level by country), as well as meeting the requirements of the main stakeholders: Sales, Finance, Supply Chain.
- Regular reviews of the output will be required with the regional Head of Commercial Finance and Operations for North, the Regional Head of SMI and the Regional leadership team.
- Once the project moves to 'Way of Life’, the role is responsible for maximizing the value that the Sales Forecasting and Budgeting tool delivers over time through ensuring we constantly seek to develop additional functionality or drive further processimprovements.
- The Regional role also has responsibility for tool governance (for ensuring consistent use of the tool), as well as for the set-up of the tool for Regionally managed customers, and for overseeing the monthly creation of forecasts across the region, workingclosely with countries to align on their demand forecasts.

Experience and qualifications
- Sales Forecasting, Budgeting, Demand planning ownership; ideally previous experience with S&OP Planning tools (o9, Anaplan, BY, FuturMaster, IBM planning analytics, Kinaxis,OMP etc.)
- Finance qualification desirable but not critical
- Advanced skills working with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Power BI, Cognos reporting or similar is desirable
- Prior experience of design and deployment of a tool and associated processes across multiple geographies desirable
- Proven ability to intelligently operate and navigate in a multinational, corporate environment, profound experience working in matrix roles
- Experience with stakeholder management - proven ability to deal with stakeholders across various levels of seniority
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within a finance / process / demand planner role within a multinational company (preferred manufacturing)
- Experience of strategic pricing within a B2B environment desirable

**Salary**:
£75,000 + car allowance + bonus + benefits
