An exciting new opportunity with a leading media consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Head of Research to join their dynamic team.

As the Head of Research, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of research projects, ensuring that all projects meet the highest quality standards and deliver actionable insights to clients. You will lead a team of researchers,guiding and mentoring them to deliver exceptional work and help drive the success of the business.

**THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
**Day-to-day a Head of Research will be tasked with the following:

- Leading and managing a team of researchers: You would be responsible for managing and mentoring your team, setting goals, and ensuring that all team members are aligned with the overall research strategy.
- Developing research projects: You would work with clients to understand their research needs, design research projects, and ensure that all projects are executed effectively.
- Analyzing data: You would be responsible for analyzing large amounts of data, drawing insights, and presenting findings to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Staying up-to-date with market trends: You would need to keep abreast of the latest research methods and trends, and ensure that your team is using the most effective and innovative approaches.
- Building relationships with clients: You would work with clients to understand their research needs, establish trust and credibility, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Managing budgets: You would be responsible for ensuring that all research projects are executed within budget constraints and that resources are allocated effectively.
- Driving business growth: You would identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and help drive the growth of the business.

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
**A successful Head of Research will have the following:

- Extensive experience in market research, including both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to develop and manage research projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex insights to stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.

**THE BENEFITS**
Once placed a Head of Research can expect to receive between £600 & £800 per day, Outside IR35 on an initial 6-month contract offering hybrid remote work for their London office (1-3 days per week).
