**Job Title**:Protection Advisor

**Location**: Altrincham, Manchester

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: £30,000 basic + Uncapped Commission. Average OTE £60,000+

**Hours**:

- Monday to Thursday: 09:30 - 19:00
- Friday: 09:30 - 15:00

Our client is on the hunt for Protection Advisers to provide quality telephone based advice direct to consumers and provide solutions to meet their needs. The role is varied, you will be taking hot keys, contacting interested customers, fact finding, needs analysis, advising and closing sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivering telephone based Life and Protection advice
- Working in-house generated, qualified & hot-keyed clients
- Ensuring that FCA regulations are met
- Maximising productivity and results by effectively managing time and business pipeline
- Following agreed advice process, completing a general fact find, needs analysis
- Working towards targets and KPIs
- 1-2 years of over the phone Advised Protection experience
- Computer literate with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Excellent telephone handling skills
- Strong time management skills
- Used to working to targets in a pressured environment
- Ability to work well as an individual and as a member of a team
- An excellent timekeeper with a flexible approach to meeting the needs of our customers
