**DVLA Enforcement Officer**

Our Enforcement Officers play a big part by removing untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA.**What does a DVLA Enforcement Officer Do?**
- Liaises with members of the public and give advice regarding clamping and fines.
- Advises the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle.
- Work alongside other agencies, when required including, Police, DVLA and VOSA.
- Deals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available.
- Ensures all vehicles and enforcement equipment is serviced and fit for purpose, reporting faults to the Manager.
- Completes daily reports regarding activities

**What do you need to be a DVLA Enforcement Officer?**
Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Self Motivated
- Customer Focused
- Ability to work shifts
- Ability to work on own initiative
