**The role**

**This is a part time role working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday Morning.**

We’re looking for enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and the willingness to learn and provide great Customer Service.

**What you’ll be doing **
- Provide a first point of contact for the Technology Service Desk and ensure all customer contacts are recorded in the Service Desk support system.
- Follow agreed procedures, receive and handle requests for information, and provide routine advice to customers on systems, systems access, products and services.

- Use own judgement to identify customer call reasons and escalate to other team members where required.
- Proactively identify issues with systems that could impact delivery of service
- Maintain and quality check asset information and customer information held in the Service Desk support system and other systems.
- Follow agreed procedures to perform simple installations, configuration and deployment of hardware and software. Ensuring the work is documented and reported on.
- Follow agreed procedures to assist customers to define, add, amend and remove new access rights and privileges.

**What you’ll need**
- You’ll have Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- Ideally you’ll have 5 GCSE’s or equivalent experience
- Experience of using computers in a business context

**This role will require travel to other sites for work so you’ll need to have a full driving license.**

**You’ll need to travel to sites across Kent, London, Sussex and Midlands for Site Visits on occasions.**
