We are looking for a full time Reception Team Member and Night Auditor (combined role) to join the Front Office team, giving all guests a warm welcome and deliver exceptional customer service at the Swans Nest Hotel.

The role will consist of a combination of shifts including day & nights.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Sense guest needs and quickly respond to maximum satisfaction
- Perform check-in and check-out duties in a professional and helpful manner
- Have a passion for delivering outstanding levels of guest service with a proven track record
- Provide a welcoming approach to all guests
- Have a passion for the hospitality industry
- Have strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility
- Have an outgoing and assertive personality
- Be friendly, approachable and professional
- Flexible working hours (shift work including evenings, weekends and night shifts)
- Monitor the night desk and provide information and direction to staff and customers.
- Prepare reports with information from the previous night.
- Be familiar with hotel policies and procedures.
- Understand how a hotel operates and ensure that all aspects run smoothly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 32 per week
