Order Processor

At Pinnacle Windows we are looking for a Order Processor to efficiently and effectively process orders and quotes for our customers using window and door software.

**Order Processor Responsibilities**:

- Prioritise (and process) orders, sending them back to the relevant person and help meet company response time targets
- React and respond to all other enquiries promptly
- Handle issues and follow through to resolutions with the help of relevant colleagues (Sales Managers, Directors, Finance, Transport etc)
- Add value by offering extra products and services
- Pass new referrals onto the Sales Team
- Assist customers who request delivery ETA’s
- Answering the phone
- Build relationships with repeat customers over time.

**Order Processor Requirements**:

- Attention to detail & Reliable
- Previous experience in an order processing role desirable but not essential
- Flexible attitude and approach
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Positive attitude and a continuous improvement mindset
- Basic computer skills (Evolution/Evonet experience desirable but not essential)
- Happy to be part of a team, self-motivated
- A good communicator and relationship-builder with colleagues and customers

**Contract Type**:Permanent

**Hours**:Full Time, 07:30- 1600 Monday to Friday (30 Minute lunch break)

**Salary**:£11.00 per hour
