User Access Analyst / Privilege Access Management / Identity Access Manager sought to lead an existing team of Service Delivery Analysts focussed on Profile & Access management ensuring relevant access rights are granted, managed and maintained.
Management of the team of Analysts will form the initial responsibility with a requirement to expand and grow the team over time. Responsible for a user-base or approx 7000 users across the UK the team manages over 800 user access requests per month and closelymonitors system access in line with compliance and audit guidelines such as ISO27001, and other government guidelines relating to the financial services sector.
Ideally you will have been working for a multi-national company although your team may have been small to medium in size of personnel. You will have been managing a team of user profile analysts / service desk analysts undertaking recruitment, training, appraisalsetc; taking ownership of priority incidents; liaising with managers of technical teams for audit and compliance purposes and have a solid understanding of ITIL, Sarbanes, regulatory/compliance measures and also governance issues. Excellent communication skillsare prerequisite.
Hybrid working - 2 days a week in Guildford office.
