Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IPAF Operator to join our team. As an IPAF Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of powered access equipment, such as scissor lifts and boom lifts. Your role will primarily involve working at heights to perform tasks safely and efficiently.

**Duties**:

- Safely operate and maneuver powered access equipment according to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards
- Perform pre-start checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any defects or issues
- Transport equipment to job sites using trailers or trucks, ensuring secure loading and unloading
- Set up equipment at job sites, including stabilizing outriggers, positioning platforms, and ensuring safety measures are in place
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment, such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting for wear and tear
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job requirements and progress

**Experience**:

- Proven experience operating powered access equipment, such as scissor lifts and boom lifts
- Familiarity with IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) guidelines and best practices
- Strong understanding of safety procedures when working at heights
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and instructions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness skills
- Physical stamina to work in outdoor environments and withstand long periods of standing or climbing
