Head of Occupational Health and Workforce Wellbeing

We are looking for an experienced manager with a passion for health and wellbeing in the workplace, someone who really cares about looking after our people, who can bring energy and commitment to our Workforce Directorate Senior Management Team.

We are interested in applicants from either a clinical or non-clinical background, but strong leadership skills are essential and you will need to be able to build and maintain relationships with colleagues to ensure that appropriate professional input is taken into consideration when delivering services.

The Occupational Health and Workforce Wellbeing agenda is key to the delivery of our Trust's People Strategy where 'Looking after ourselves and each other' is one of our four key priorities and our vision is to develop a wellbeing culture where supporting and enabling the holisticwellbeing of our people becomes the norm.

The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of the Trust's annual flu vaccination programme, health surveillance provision and the delivery of a highly effective, accredited, multi-disciplinary Occupational Health service for staff across the organisation.

The post holder will also be a key member of the Workforce Directorate Senior Leadership team and will contribute to the successful delivery of the Trust's People Strategy.
