We are urgently looking for two administrators to work in a public sector client. One role is full time and one is part time 2.5 days per week.

**Responsibilities***

To assist the Programme Administrator in the delivery of their responsibilities which include:

- Provide a front-line professional service to visitors to the School Office and outstanding customer experience to students and staff in all aspects of programme administration
- Support Programme Leaders in the development and maintenance of programme and module information held on the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)
- Co-ordinate school induction activities in conjunction with Programme Leaders, and central services including Student Experience and Support
- Liaise with Student Administration and Professional Service colleagues in the School in relation to all aspects of the student journey.
- Support Programme Leaders in the implementation of local provision for students with special needs requirements (SSP)
- Work with Programme Leaders to ensure implementation of University policies relating to the delivery of academic programmes e.g., participation and attendance
- Manage the set-up of assessment detail in the student information system as required
- Contribute to the set-up of assessment detail in the VLE as required
- Oversee the process for the receipt of physically and online submitted coursework
- Work with relevant colleagues to manage the administration of placement activity as appropriate to the programme(s)
- Work with Programme Leaders and QEO in the administration of student-facing procedures
- Manage the School PMC process in accordance with policy
