We are looking for a dedicated Product Owner who will be responsible for defining the product vision and managing the product development process. You will lead the product development team toward achieving the vision and mission of the organisation.

As product owner, you will have the ability to plan and manage the development plan from start to finish and ensure that the product meets the customers needs.

**Job Description**:

- Manage the product development team to create a strong coherent, collaborative team to deliver best in class software solutions
- Manage the product development lifecycle
- Nurture ideas and solutions to existing customer problems
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to analyse the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
- Strategizing and presenting ideas to stakeholders
- Own the product roadmap
- Solve product related problems and make technical decisions
- Draft a delivery plan for product delivery and ensure delivery is on target and communicated across the business
- Possess a fundamental understanding of end to end customer experience
- Assess value and prioritise stories, epics to ensure work focus and alignment with the product strategy
- Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritised backlog of user stories for implementation
- Act as an ambassador for the product both internally and externally and act as the primary contact for queries relating to the product
- Work closely with senior management in order to create a product that fits the company portfolio
- Research and analyse the market, users and the roadmap for the product
- Manage the product backlog and prioritise based on changing requirements
- Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process
- Chairing team meetings e.g. daily stand up's / sprint retrospectives/planning sessions
- Assist the development team to meet the objectives of each sprint and identify areas for improvement providing constant feedback
- Maximise the value addition of the products that are developed by the team
- Communicate customer vision as well as anticipating customer needs

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Owner preferably in the care sector
- Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies
- Ability to work with cross functional teams to deliver on a common goal
- Interpersonal skills and developing relationships with team members and customers
- Experience in defining of minimum marketable features and minimum viable products
- Ability to define the product roadmap
- Organisational and time management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Active listening skills
- Overall understanding of technologies used in the product
- In-depth understanding of industry market conditions and trends
- Working knowledge of the agile methodology
