We are looking for an experienced **supervisor /Sales Lead **to join a large ,global, luxury brand at their outlet store in Gunwharf Quays somebody preferably with premium or luxury brand experience or someone who works for another well respected name in retail.

We are looking for someone who is able to elevate service levels. A people focused leader who can coach and lead a team, as well as being someone who is passionate, driven and enthusiastic by nature.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

**Business Client Development**
- Deliver the Brand message to commercially enhance the customer journey
- Deliver an extraordinary customer sales experience to make a significant impact on the sales results of assigned area/store
- Maximise the potential of all product categories through Brand storytelling and by fostering synergies between categories

**Leadership & Engagement Support**
- Support the manager(s) creating an inclusive working environment with a customer-first culture
- Support the team using service metrics in absence of manager(s) to deliver sales and profit results
- Support the manager(s) developing the team product knowledges and selling culture

**Operations**
- Expert of store systems, procedures, cash management and able to interpret key Business reports
- Uphold & coach Brand standards and Brand presentation
- Coordinate and support marketing initiatives and price changes

**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

- Portsmouth, Hampshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
