I am an elderly lady with severe back pain who lives in Melrose. I’m

looking for a carer(s) for Wednesday morning and alternate weekends

starting on 26th & 27th November to check on me to reduce the risk of

slips and falls. Whilst encouraging as much independence as possible.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**
- Support to shower/wash/dress
- Application of pain relief patch
- Assist with meal prep
- Ensure food and fluid intake
- Make sure meds/drinks are in easy reach

**Personal attributes**

- Trustworthy and reliable

**Hours of work(Flexible)**
- Wednesday morning around 7.45am for 45 minutes***
- Alternate Saturday and Sunday morning around 7.45am for 45

minutes

**The terms**
- £11.00 per hour
- 5.6 weeks annual leave on a pro rata basis
