**Role**

Reporting the the firm's Office Manager, the IFA Administrator's key duties will include:

- Maintaining client and portfolio records on the the back office system
- Undertaking filing, photocopying and scanning
- Liaising with third parties to gather information on client's plans and using checklists to ensure all necessary information has been received / chasing up anything outstanding
- Obtaining notes and projections from product providers
- Ensuring all new business compliance requirements are met
- Providing support to ensure end-trend business process is adhered to
- Maintaining a good working relationship with colleagues, clients and third parties

**Skills**
- Previous experience in an administration role (ideally IFA/financial planning/financial services)
- Experience of setting up and maintaining systems, processes and procedures
- Comfortable with/experienced in using electronic (client) data systems
- Excellent fact-to-face and telephone client interaction skills and the ability to build rapport swiftly
- Broad experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Good organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Manage time effectively with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to take initiative and work independently if needed
