Bakery Assistant

**About us**

**Butterfield's Bakery are looking for an individual to join our team. We are a busy Family run Bakers providing freshly made Bread, Pies, Traybakes and Sandwiches to both Wholesale trade and the public.**

We are looking for a hard working and motivated individual that fits the following criteria:

- Have a passion and interest in baking and be willing to train in food hygiene.
- Have a flexible attitude and be willing to learn in all aspects of the business.
- You'll be proactive with learning all about our products inside and out.
- Have an eye for detail and be able to achieve consistency.
- Embraces teamwork.
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients for baking.
- Follow recipes to produce baked goods.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment.
- Operate industrial ovens.
- Assist in the preparation of baked goods.
- Ensure that the bakery is clean and organised, with end of shift clean downs.

Experience isn't essential as full training can be given. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the baking industry and work in a fast-paced environment with an excellent work ethic.
- Working days are Monday - Saturday.
- Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm / Saturday 9am - 1pm (hours may vary slightly on busier days)
- Wage to be discussed with applicant as it'll be based on experience.
- Immediate start available.
