**Person specification**

The Head of Wholesale is a newly created role, you will be responsible for the definition and creation of the Wholesale Team working closely with the Chief Customer and Operations Officer and CEO. You will be joining the business at a pivotal time and will have the opportunity to shape our Wholesale approach and the team required to deliver this.

We aim to be easy to do business with by making interactions, straightforward and simple, we want to make sure that wholesale clients and their customers who use our platform have a great experience. You will be responsible for developing and managing the relationships with ISP partners. You will work with key stakeholders across the business to ensure that the data, technology, and operating procedures are in place to support our ISP partners.

Our requirement is for an individual with drive and ambition to create, foster and grow a wholesale capability to help Digital Infrastructure bring full fibre broadband to more people in the communities we serve.

**The Role**
- Design and implement the wholesale capability for the business with a focus on growing revenue and penetration rates on our network.
- Develop and maintain strategic B2B relationships with ISPs in the UK wholesale market, be the advocate within the organisation for our ISP partners.
- Design products, pricing offers and proposals to drive take up rates and revenues that are aligned with business goals and budgets.
- Work collaboratively and in alignment with the finance team to ensure that the commercial reporting and performance of ISP partners is accurate and clear.
- Define, negotiate and manage contracts with ISP’s ensuring that clear and appropriate KPI’s and SLAs are agreed, supported by our legal and commercial team.
- Manage the interface with the ISP’s, ensuring that service and billing standards are met, ensuring that the customer requirements from pre-sales to installation are met.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders in the business to deliver the end-to-end customer journey for wholesale ISP partners, ensuring that the systems and data support business goals.
- Develop and implement best practice and standard operating procedures for the wholesale team.

**Your Profile**

**Qualifications and experience we’d like to see**:

- Experience at a Senior level within the Telecoms or the Fibre industry
- Previous telecommunications Wholesale (or Enterprise) experience, managing or developing client relationships
- Strong commercial acumen working in a results driven environment
- Operating with a high level of integrity
- Good communicator with the ability to articulate key messages in a concise and effective way with different audiences.
- The ability to work cross functionally with internal and external teams and stakeholders.
- Experience of working in a regulated telecoms environment
