**Project Engineer (Hybrid Role)**

**Location: Swansea (HQ)**

**£28,000 - £35,000 (DOE) company medical plan, pension, and 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.**

**Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- Provide Key Account Management.
- Travel to customers sites to complete site surveys as part of the sales engineering process.
- Monitor the process of projects from start to completion.
- Prepare tender documents to assist in securing customers.
- Control budgets and ensure profitability.
- Liaise with various bodies, internal and external.
- Manage staff including engineers, technicians and site workers.
- Support other project managers, sales engineers and departments including directors within the business.
- Administer contracts and ensure work is complete by agreed deadlines.
- Provide technical data or project results to both technical and non-technical clients.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally.
- Good basic IT skills.
- Experience of project management is beneficial.
- Sound engineering and water treatment knowledge.
- Knowledge of BSRIA BG29 & BG50 guidelines. _(Support will be given by Senior Team with ongoing learning support)._
- Good time management skills.
- Understanding of HSE ACOP L8 - Specifically HSG274 Part 1,2 & 3 (_Support will be given by Senor Team with ongoing learning support)._
- Knowledge of corrosion chemistry.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Motivation to improve and succeed.
- Full UK driving licence.
