Are you a meticulous Auditor with a passion for maintaining excellence in Apprenticeship provision? Join us at Raise the Bar as an Auditor, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring compliance with ESFA funding regulations while championing industry best practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough audits to uphold compliance with ESFA funding regulations, ensuring our programs meet the highest standards.
- Advise and guide our teams on maintaining exceptional standards in Apprenticeship provision, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Continuously review and enhance processes and procedures to drive improvement and innovation across our programs.
- Stay abreast of industry standards and regulatory changes, effectively communicating updates and best practices to the team.
- Develop and execute an annual program of assurance engagements, fostering a proactive approach to compliance.
- Oversee and support internal compliance testing efforts, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate open communication channels to disseminate information efficiently and share best practices across the organization.
- Provide comprehensive support and meaningful insights for reports delivered to the Executive Board and Senior Leadership Team.
- Regularly recommend improvements to policies, procedures, and documentation to align with evolving regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with our Quality Skills Lead to ensure our KPIs exceed expectations and drive exceptional program delivery.
- Develop and maintain robust assurance processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Monitor key performance indicators and financial targets, providing support to meet and exceed expectations.
- Plan, manage, and optimize resource allocation to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct regular reviews of processes, procedures, and risk assessments to ensure they remain current and effective.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in auditing and advising on standards, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Deep understanding of ESFA funding regulations, coupled with excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Relevant qualifications in auditing or related fields are preferred, demonstrating your commitment to professional development.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintaining compliance and managing FE apprenticeship data/funding returns.
- Proficiency in using management systems to submit learner data, with experience in ESFA audit inspections and internal audits.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information.
- Confident in discussing data documentation needs with individuals and businesses, with a focus on clarity and transparency.
- Educated to A level/B-Tech standard with relevant IT or equivalent qualifications, complemented by experience using PDSAT, ESFA systems, and Excel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
