**M&E Apprentice - Air Conditioning**:
Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions - Greater London

Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for an M&E Apprentice - Air Conditioning to join our mobile maintenance team supporting a number of healthcare, education and central and local government sites across London and the South East on a 4 year apprenticeship scheme. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

**Key activities**:

- Support the site facilities team in the delivery of Hard Facilities Management services
- Carry out planned and responsive repairs to M&E systems, action tasks within the required timescales and escalate issues to more senior engineers, where appropriate
- Respond promptly and politely to service requests, including those received directly from the client
- Effectively communicate and build relationships with the Bouygues team, building users and client representatives
- Ongoing awareness of Health and Safety and follow procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Comply with the Company’s Policies, Management Plans and Procedures
- To manage own college workload and take ownership for timely completion of assignments
- Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday; this is a 4 year apprenticeship

**Skills, qualifications & experience**:

- 5 x GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A-C/9-4, including English and Maths
- Willingness to work in a trainee role to attain a range of technical skills
- Understanding of building services installation and maintenance techniques at a basic level essential
- IT Literate
- Experience working in a team (either from work, education or hobbies)
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous customer service experience would be an advantage, but not essential
