**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the service department
- Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring effective communication throughout the service process
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's appointment calendar
- Accurately assess customer service and repair needs, providing detailed information and estimates
- Maintain strong product knowledge of Land Rover vehicles and their service requirements
- Provide customers with updates on their vehicle's repair status, including any additional recommendations
- Manage customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Utilize dealership management systems to document customer interactions and service records
- Collaborate with the parts department to ensure the availability of necessary parts for repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized service department area

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership, preferably with Land Rover experience
- Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair processes
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using dealership management systems and computer software
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with technicians and other departments
- Valid driver's license

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: £28,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

- Liphook: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
