We are currently seeking an experienced Flat Roofer with a Bauder Ticket to join our team. As a Flat Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining flat roofs using Bauder roofing systems. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, and maintain roofs on commercial properties.
- Work with a variety of roofing materials
- Troubleshoot and repair roofing problems
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Flat Roofer, with a minimum of 3 years in the roofing industry.
- Possession of a valid Bauder Ticket is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of flat roofing techniques, materials, and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.

The placement offers weekly pay and future job progression opportunities with the Contractor and the Headcount Group.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
