Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and creating floral arrangements, bouquets, and displays for various occasions. Your artistic flair and knowledge of different flowers will contribute to providing exceptional floral designs that meet our customers' needs and preferences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and arrange flowers according to customers' requests and preferences
- Create various floral arrangements for events such as weddings, funerals, birthdays, and other special occasions
- Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers in the shop
- Assist customers in selecting the right flowers and arrangements for their needs
- Keep track of inventory and order fresh flowers and supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Utilize creativity to develop new floral design ideas and concepts

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Florist
- Strong ability to sell floral products effectively
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills to manage orders, inventory, and schedules efficiently
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements

Pay: £11.00-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week
