Dressmaker - Handmade Baby Clothes

As a Dressmaker at Little Stitches Limited, Sadia Rahman will be responsible for creating exquisite handmade baby clothes that reflect our brand's commitment to quality, creativity, and exceptional craftsmanship. Her attention to detail and passion for creating beautiful garments will play a pivotal role in shaping the identity of our baby clothing line.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Design and Craftsmanship**: Utilize expertise in dressmaking to create unique and charming handmade baby clothes, ensuring each piece meets our high standards of quality and design.

**2. Material Selection**: Collaborate with our design team to select premium fabrics and materials that align with our vision and brand ethos.

**3. Pattern Making**: Develop patterns and templates for various baby clothing designs, considering comfort, aesthetics, and functionality.

**4. Cutting and Sewing**: Execute precise cutting and sewing techniques to construct garments, paying close attention to finishing details.

**5. Customization**: Cater to individual customer requests and create custom-made baby clothes, providing a personalized touch to our offerings.

**6. Quality Assurance**: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure each garment meets our standards before final delivery.

**7. Collaboration**: Work closely with our design and production teams to meet deadlines and maintain efficient workflows.

**Qualifications**:
**1. Proven Experience**: Demonstrated expertise in dressmaking, specifically in designing and crafting handmade baby clothes.

**3. Technical Skills**: Proficiency in pattern making, cutting, sewing, and garment construction.

**Salary**: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
