**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:

- We are 4 gentleman at Grangefield. We all get along and ages range from 30s - 60s. We are all independent and can move around our home with no support
- We all love to go places together. Some of us work and others attend shaw trust. On the evening we all take a turn cooking tea with the support from staff. This is when we all come together from our busy days.
- It is important that we remain in close contact with our families and loved ones.
- We are a social bunch of lads and love to be out and about in our local community.
- Some of us love music, and one of us loves cars
- We enjoy playing pool, going to the pub for darts and long walks in the summer time

We Live in a two storey, semi detached house. The property is of traditional masonry type construction with brick walls with a tiled pitched roof above main House. UPVC doors and windows are installed throughout. To the rear is an enclosed garden and patio area.
- Staff that support us usually work a 12-hour day shift. We do not require any overnight support. We all have 1:1 hours that require another member of staff to support on the planned days
- In order to support us to have the best life possible our team has specialized training in all the areas we require
