**THE ROLE**:
We’re looking for a Junior Content Creator to join our team on a full-time basis You will report directly to the Head of Creative and be responsible for creating content across our social platforms (Primarily TikTok). We don’t want the dull, corporate videos, we want someone who is genuinely passionate about creating high-performing content. Under guidance, you will contribute to the brand strategy to reach growth and engagement targets.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:

- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook.
- An eye for detail and a creative flair - we want you to ensure our content is continuously improving and exceeding performance requirements.
- An ability to create and execute digital marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- An understanding of the algorithm, we want someone who lives, eats and breathes all things social
- Experience executing digital campaigns with a focus on hitting KPIs and meeting company objectives.
- A passion for researching social media trends and hashtags that relate to our target audience’s interests.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 2+ years experience working in a similar role.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:

- Create, manage, and publish original and high-quality content across various social media platforms.
- Produce engaging content for all company social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok & Facebook) to ensure relevant, up-to-date content.
- Maintain a cohesive social media strategy across various platforms to achieve high levels of user engagement.
- Analyse data and metrics to create weekly and monthly reports on traffic, user engagement, and ROI.
- Respond directly to comments and questions on social media posts.
- Collaborate with the Head of Creative to grow the company’s network and target new followers.
- Work closely with our current roster of athletes to maximise product launches.
- Develop relationships with potential new content creators.

**Salary: £22-25K**
**Hybrid working model will become effective once the probation period is passed.**
