**About the Role**
- You will deliver exceptional teaching to students on a variety of Further Education Equine Management courses. These could be a mixture of academic and practical units, potentially also including equitation sessions.
- The role may also require you to be a course tutor to a group of students.
- You will inspire students to appreciate all aspects of equine management and instil in them a passion for the work of caring for horses and a desire to develop their understanding.

**About You**
- You will be willing to complete a teaching qualification, if not already qualified.
- Ideally, you will hold a minimum qualification of BHS Stage 3 Coach or equivalent.
- You will demonstrate the ability to be a highly motivated lecturer and instructor, with experience of providing tutorial support to students being advantageous.
- Desirably, you will be a holder of the A1 Assessors Award (or equivalent) and V1 Internal Verifiers Award (or equivalent)
