**Fleet & Facilities Coordinator**

**Lakeside HQ/ Hybrid**

**toob** is a new **full-fibre* broadband provider on a mission to transform the South of England’s internet experience by delivering the fastest broadband, so homes, businesses, public services, and community groups can experience its life-changing full-fibre connectivity.

We toob have a bold plan to open its network to more than a million premises across the South of England over the next 10 years and want to play an active role in helping the communities around the area to thrive.

Due to the success of our business, we are looking to recruit a proactive, methodical, and solutions-based Fleet & Facilities Coordinator. You will be providing support to the Office Manager assisting in ensuring the seamless execution of the fleet management and facilities management.

**What you'll be doing**:
**Fleet**:

- Use in-house software to manage the toob fleet as well as hired-in vehicles
- Assist in the management of the Rivervale account
- Manage the fines obtained by toob drivers
- Ordering of new vehicles
- Management of sign writing and fitting out of vehicles
- Arranging POs for anything fleet related
- Manage notification of insurance issues related to fleet
- Work with Finance to produce fleet management reporting
- Manage the Allstar fuel cards.

**Facilities**:

- Liaise with Leaseholders of toob leased satellite offices/buildings
- Ensure leases/contracts are up to date
- Arrange new satellite offices in new areas as and when required.

- Methodical and logical approach, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Enthusiastic and engaging with a positive attitude and approach
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt your style where needed

- Educated to A level standard or equivalent
- Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to meet and exceed performance targets
- Calm under pressure

- A friendly, pleasant telephone manner
- Personable and confident
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Have the right to work in the UK without restriction
- Full UK Driving Licence holder

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year
