**About Us**:
Newhall Mains is a boutique hotel situated in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences. The premises consist of a series of luxury cottages and suites. With its own private airfield, restaurant, whisky bar and unrivalled approach to detail, we are hoping to build out one of the leading hospitality businesses in the region.

**The Role**:
We are seeking an efficient individual to manage the running of our Housekeeping team. The housekeeping team is the backbone of any hotel operation, and we pride ourselves at Newhall Mains on our levels of standards. Housekeeping is essential to ensure we meet guests’ expectations and our high standards for cleanliness. It will be a hands-on role where you will liaise with other teams and members of the staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Play a key role with the preparation and cleanliness of all bedrooms and public areas.
- Liaise with the maintenance team and manage all linen, deliveries and cleaning stock.
- Motivate the team with a passion for hospitality and a desire to improve operations.
- Manage the rota for the Housekeeping team.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure our guests have a memorable experience.
- Build a guest-focused culture within Housekeeping, where every member of the team should feel they can make a contribution to guest satisfaction.
- Openness to feedback and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement in Newhall Mains’ offerings.

**Remuneration**:
Competitive salary, based on 45 hours per week.

28 days of annual leave, pro-rated.

**Salary**: £12.80 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
