We are looking for self-motivated, proactive and passionate **Cluster** **People & Culture Coordinator** to join our Truly Talented team

Working across two fantastic hotels in Bath - DoubleTree by Hilton, Bath City & Abbey Hotel Bath (A Tribute Portfolio by Marriott)

**What we offer**
- £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, based on experience.

**You will be responsible for, but not limited to, performing the following tasks to the highest standards**:

- It will be essential to build a strong relationship with the stakeholders and hiring managers;
- Have a good understanding of recruitment processes and, manage a varied workload in a fast-paced hospitality environment;
- Drive and manage the daily operations of the People department at the hotel in a generalist role;
- To advertise and manage ads via our designated ATS system for all team member vacancies;
- Organise and deliver recruitment open days for the site;
- To manage the recruitment talent pool on a day-to-day basis;
- Complete all reference checks for any potential new hires;
- Conduct meet and greets for new starters in the business, giving them a warm welcome to the Company;
- To manage all pre-start paperwork and onboarding for all new starters in the hotels;
- Conduct daily walks and touch base with recent joiners to ensure they are settling in and enjoying their new role;
- To follow direction and maintain company standards in recruitment activities as directed by the Axiom Hospitality

**The core skills and experience required to succeed**
- Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry with a genuine passion and a creative flair;
- Previous experience in HR or Recruitment is required;
- Team player who communicates well with all colleagues;
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy;
- Can do attitude;
- Previous experience within hospitality or service-based industry would be ideal but not essential;
- To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach.
