Your new company is a facilities and maintenance organisation.
**Your new role**
The organisation are looking for a high volume of Customer Experience Centre Advisors to start in their Aztec West office. Core hours of the role are 08:00-17:00 (37.5 hours a week). This role is 100% office based. Main duties of the role include:

- Execution of end-to-end work involving engineers and supply chain
- Recording service requests, incidents and complaints accurately
- Monitor, action and escalate work orders
- Develop and maintain good customer relationships

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience working in a customer service or scheduling role
- Excellent communication skills
- written and verbal
- Confident IT skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
