Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of food safety
- Train and supervise staff members on proper food handling procedures and customer service protocols
- Create employee schedules, manage payroll, and monitor labor costs to maximize efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide feedback, and foster a positive work environment

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen setting is preferred
- Culinary background or training is a plus
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff members, customers, and vendors
- Proficient in computer systems used for inventory management and scheduling

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
