**The ideal Nursery Manager will need to be/have**:

- Strong leadership skills, experience in a Deputy or Manager role.
- Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working with children
- Good Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the EYFS, Ofsted and Welfare Requirements
