We are looking for self-motivated and dynamic individual to join our Estate Team. If you enjoy a challenge and could help us to keep our school sites in tip top condition this could be the role for you.

As Senior Estate Assistant - Grounds Maintenance, your responsibilities will focus upon landscaping and grounds maintenance including planting, trimming, mowing and weeding of plants, hedges and lawns, along with maintenance of paths, roadways and drainage, completing line marking to facilitate sports activities and occasional gritting in winter months. Our grounds are extensive and include some quite special flower gardens along with school playing fields, and so experience and knowledge of managing diverse grounds is a must, a Diploma in Horticulture at Level 2 or equivalent is desirable. Experience of using and maintaining grounds equipment, PUWER, health & safety and COSHH is essential.
