About the role:
We are recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our busy Finance Team. Duties for this role include;
- Purchase Ledger - Coding and processing supplier invoices and Supplier payruns
- Sales Ledger - Processing a high volume of Sales invoices on a daily basis
- Credit Control
- Dealing with any customer queries and raising appropriate credits.
- Customer focus

About you:

- Must be able to work to deadlines.
- Effective planning and organizing.
- Good persuasive and written communication skills.
- Working on own initiative with mínimal supervision.
- Construction background is an advantage however not essential

Qualifications & Attributes:

- Strong working knowledge of Sage Line 50
- Strong working Excel experience
- Knowledge of taking monthly accounts to P&L and Trial balance would be advantageous
- Experience of working in a busy fast paced Finance office.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00
