Fleet Administrator

We are looking for an administrator to join our busy Fleet and Facilities department.You will be personable, flexible, great organisational skills and able to work as part of a team as well as being able to take your own initiative. You will be fully supported by the Fleet and Facilities Supervisor.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Supporting with general administration and organisation within the Fleet department
- Assist in co-ordination of appointments and logging company vehicle allocations, servicing and MOTs and repairs and updating records accordingly.
- Managing DVLA checks and fuel card usage as well as work autonomously across multiple tasks and reporting back to different team members
- Devising and maintaining Fleet systems, including data management and filing
- Updating a Fleet Management system and also a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
- Working with confidential and sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Work safely - this is a condition of employment. As a condition of your employment, you will be required to observe and fully comply with all HSE rules / policies / procedures and applicable legislative provisions as well as wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where and when applicable

- A general ability to learn and use a variety of software and Apps
- General vehicle Logistics as required
Must have a full driving license
Qualifications - GCSE or equivalent
