Rta Oic Claims Handler

My client is a dedicated Personal Injury firm with offices in Liverpool and Wirral with a fantastic culture and work ethic and are looking for an experienced RTA OIC/MOJ Portal Fee Earner to join their expanding team.

**Responsibilities**:

- General call queries/answering the team loop (Claimant and Third Party)
- Dealing with Disputed cases
- Distributing cases to the team
- Reviewing Medical Evidence and valuing Whiplash Injuries
- Reviewing Claimant’s Losses and Vehicle Related Losses including Credit Hire
- Drafting Liability Witness Statements on behalf of the Claimant
- Issuing proceedings through OIC Portal
- Attending Conferences with Counsel

**Personal Specification**:

- MOJ/OIC Experience is desirable (Full training can be given)
- Knowledge of RTA Required
- Experience with reviewing medical reports/records required.
- Knowledge of admitted and disputed cases
- Good attention to detail
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Committed, organised, and dedicated.
- Positive, upbeat, personable
