**Title: HGV Driver / LGV Cat C (Class 2) Driver**

**CLASS 2 DRIVER NEEDED**

The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of our client who are based in Seaham. Due to their continuing growth, they require **HGV Class 2 (LGV C) Night driver** to help them with a new contract in Newcastle.

The role:

- Shunting from Seaham to Newcastle
- Physically demanding role using trollies to move scaffolding throughout a controlled area in a professional manner
- The role will heavily consist of handballing over driving - you will drive from the depot in Seaham then offload and return to the depot
- Valid and in date LGV C Licence, Digi Tacho Card & CPC
- No DD/DR/IN endorsements
- Maximum of 6 points
- Physically fit

Hours of work:

- Monday to Thursday
- Approximate start time of 18:00pm
- Finish times vary as some days will require larger deliveries than others

Pay Rates:

- £14.50 per hour basic rate for first 40 hours worked
- £21.25 per hour overtime rate after 40 hours worked
- Minimum of 8 hours paid
