We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paid Digital Specialist (mid-weight level) to join our team of marketing communications experts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute paid digital advertising strategies that meet client objectives and KPIs
- Manage end-to-end digital campaigns, including creative development, media planning, ad targeting, and optimisation
- Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance to improve results and optimise spend
- Provide regular campaign reports and insights to clients and internal teams
- Keep up to date with industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in digital marketing
- Collaborate with creative, media, and account teams to ensure seamless integration of paid media within overall marketing plans

**Requirements**:

- Degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital advertising campaigns
- Expertise in paid media channels, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram/TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Twitter Ads
- Proficient in using analytics tools to measure and analyse campaign performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and explain complex data in a clear and compelling manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced agency environment
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
