**Senior Designer 6-9 month FTC - 31k-32k - **London**

We are looking for a Senior Designer on a fixed term contract 6-9 month to produce and oversee digital and print creative solutions to address our marketing needs

To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout

techniques. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production,

including print (direct mail cards, canvassing cards, brochures, magazines) and digital (social media, animations).

Ultimately, you will ensure the design team promotes our brand(s) through delivering high quality pieces on

tight deadlines.

The role will be mainly work from home, with a requirement to attend the London office in Park Lane as required

(likely once per week, alongside the marketing team)

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery - Lead and manage the design process from

initial concept to final execution, ensuring that all design projects are completed within the given

deadlines.
- Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are delivered

on time.
- Create visually appealing and user-centric designs for a wide range of mediums including digital

platforms, print materials, and marketing collateral.
- Review work of other designers' from within the design team to ensure high quality - Conduct design

reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality design deliverables that meet

project requirements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, assisting them in their professional growth and

development.
- Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software.
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products / services.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects - Develop and maintain a

consistent brand identity across all design materials, ensuring that our brand message is effectively

communicated to our target audience.
- Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met - Collaborate with cross

functional teams to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that align with the

company's brand guidelines and objectives.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our target audience and market trends to create designs that

resonate with our customers and drive engagement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies to continuously

improve design processes and deliver cutting-edge designs.

Requirements & Skills:

- **Excellent portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects across various mediums.**:

- **Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.**:

- **Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions that align with business objectives.**:

- **Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.**:

- **Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and**

**other relevant design tools.**
- **Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design**

**concepts and ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.**
- **Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout design.**:

- **Exceptional attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver high-quality design work.**:

- **Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects**
