Overview:
**Bruton Knowles** are currently recruiting a
**Facilities Coordinator** to provide support to the Facilities Manager within the successful Commercial Team based in our
**Gloucester** office.

Our Commercial Team carries out instructions from private and public sector clients. The workload includes property management on commercial and residential properties, lease consultancy, agency valuation and business rates work.

As part of the facilities team you will be working alongside the Facilities Manager to assist with the day to day delivery of facilities services, health and safety, compliance tasks and updating the asset management system once completed, engage contractor to complete works.

**Responsibilities**
- Writing and distributing letters and quotes to tenants and contractors.
- Answering general queries and dealing with reactionary maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance contract dates and sub-contract visits.
- Property visits to carry out quarterly inspections, or to investigate maintenance issues.
- Assist with the process of property invoices and deal with contractor account queries.
- Arrange and co-ordinate repairs and maintenance of buildings and equipment.
- General office duties including answering telephone, filing and archiving.

**Person Specification**

We are looking for an organised, reliable and friendly Facilities team member who can build strong relationships with the team and its customers. The role will suit someone who is proactive with a professional manner who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Experience:

- Experience in using IT Systems to produce documents and maintain records.
- Able to work in an organised and methodical manner, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
- Manage time effectively, prioritising tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office including word, excel and outlook.
