**Role**:
As a Site Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our facility in Montrose. Your responsibilities will contribute to the overall smooth functioning of our operations, supporting our commitment to precision engineering excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the site, including document management, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Assist in timekeeping of attendance and submitting monthly time reports to payroll.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation related to site operations.
- Manage site facilities, including coordinating maintenance activities and addressing facility-related issues.
- Collaborate with various teams to facilitate effective communication and workflow within the site.
- Greet and assist visitors, contractors, and suppliers as needed.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of site events or meetings.
- Act as a central point of contact for site-related inquiries and communications.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards
- Assist in ensuring compliance with HSE procedures and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Promote company values at all times

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in site administration or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using office software and relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and good time management skills.
- Experience in payroll and/or timekeeping software/methods is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
