Personal Assistant Regional Administration

This is about providing invaluable support to your Director, managing the systems and processes in your area to keep things running smoothly.
You'll play a key role in ensuring an efficient and co-operative working environment. It'll involve day
- to-day organisational work, data processing and analysis. Naturally, you'll need to be on the ball and well organised, with excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

An opportunity has become available for a Personal Assistant to join our office in Sheppey on a 6 month fixed term contract.
**Your New Role**
- Liaises with internal and external auditors and external bodies when required.
- Assists the Store Operations Director with administration, including filing, copying, inbox management
- Liaises with the Management team to coordinate holidays, meetings and regional visits
- Informs National Administration of updates to Employee profiles
- Reconciles the Store Operations Director’s credit card and associated receipts Produces the credit card summary and submits to the Managing Director’s assistant
- Schedules visits and itineraries and updates the Store Operations Director diary
- Updates and circulates internal lists as appropriate
- Prepares and distributes documentation relating to the Regional Meetings
- Maintains internal incident system
- Ensures the security of any documentation and electronic data in the area of responsibility
- Maintains appropriate backups and logs for data in the area of responsibility
- Checks invoices for goods and services in the area of responsibility following Company procedures
- Maintains an efficient and well organised filing system for the department
- Ensures that all documentation in the area of responsibility is archived orderly for the correct period and arranges its disposal at the end of the archive period
- Trains other employees where appropriate
- Ensures that the workstation and surrounding area is well organised
- Ensures that all communal areas are kept in appropriate condition
- Works in accordance with the ALDI GB & IE Code of Conduct
**About You**
- Previous Personal Assistant experience
- Diary management experience
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Proactive and motivated

- Starting salary from £34,395 rising to £42,540
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:30, with the opportunity of remote working 2 days per week
