**Client**

A highly regarded Legal 500 firm are seeking a Corporate NQ to join their busy team.

**Role**

You will join a team who are highly experienced across a full ambit of corporate transactional work and across a wide range of industry sectors.

You will work and assist with M&A transactions as well as corporate restructuring, business ownership and general corporate law advisory matters.

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
