**c. £20,000, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays,**
**Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:30, Friday 08:30 - 14:00**
Office Assistant / Trainee Office Assistant required within our busy and growing team to support our brands goals and objectives. BMR Solutions offer lots of structured training, development and support.
Working to support the Office in all functions and reporting to the Managing Director and Business Manager you will primarily be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the payroll for the temporary workers, encompassing but not limited to Pensions, Holiday Pay, Tax Queries and alike.
The key to success within the role will be excellent attention to detail and reporting accuracy along with the organisation skills to ensure all payments are processed promptly.
You will receive detailed training and support to ensure you reach your potential with in the position.
**The role**:
- Processing and collating timesheets, reconciliation of data to spreadsheets
- Entry of data to payroll software
- Liaising with various organisations including internal clients, Tax Office, Pension provider etc.
- Working with consultants to process new starters and leavers in a effective manor
- Sending of new contracts and registration documents, including right to work checks
- General office duties as and when required
**The Person**:
- Attention to detail focused
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and competent in other divisions of MS Office
- A confident communicator
- Strong work ethic
