Content Creator

**Our client is a rapidly expanding, family-run company in Leighton Buzzard and they're looking for a creative and experienced Content Creator to join their team. This is a part-time position working 2 days a week and paying a salary of up to £27,000 Pro-Rata.**

Our client specialises in the manufacturing of bespoke wet room floor solutions and they've built up a strong reputation in the last 20 years for being trustworthy, friendly, experienced and the go-to company in the industry, often designing and providing unique custom solutions.

As Content Creator, you'll assist in shaping our client's outward image by delivering creative content for campaigns that attract customers and prospects, improve customer experience and enhance the reputation, credibility and trustworthiness of the business.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate and execute the marketing plan and ensure effective spend of the marketing budget
- Creating graphics and other content across all formats, including video, photo, and copy
- Create content to develop the personality of the brand and communicate to the target audience, giving a more personal side to the business
- Develop new content ideas and campaigns
- Monitor content performance and use data to continuously improve the effectiveness of the content strategy
- Create and lead powerful stories through social media channels, bringing the brand to life through socials and sharing the company's story, purpose and products
- Help maintain brand consistency throughout all visual communication
- Conduct regular research on other organisations to stay up-to-date with the latest trends to ensure content remains relevant, creative and stands out
- Update the website as needed with new blogs and testimonials
- Become involved in ad-hoc projects such as the marketing and launch of new products
- Arrange photoshoots for identified case studies
- Supporting conferences and exhibitions.

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience with social media management and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager
- Demonstratable experience working with WordPress
- Proven experience working to and achieving tight deadlines in high-pressure situations
- Evidence of successfully writing accurate crisp and clear copy
- Experience of building strong relationships with colleagues, clients and external third-party contacts to encourage future outcomes
- CRM experience
- Knowledge of social media platforms and how to create content that resonates with different audiences
- A flair for creativity and thinking outside the box

This is a part-time position working 2 days per week from our client's site in Leighton Buzzard. One of the days must be a Tuesday.
