Support Worker - Llandudno

to support 2 ladies with learning disabilities/physical disabilities to support with day to day life enabling them to be as independent as possible and to access there local community. Driver would be advantageous.

Day hours -09.00 - 18.00

Evening hours - 16.00 -21.00

3 x Overnights ( 21.00 - 09.00)

There are a choice of hours to suit, we are flexible and can work around you.Duties:

- Provide support and assistance to individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities living in 24 hour supported living
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
- Help individuals participate in recreational and social activities
- Accompany individuals to appointments and outings
- Monitor and report any changes in behavior or health status
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanour
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay - £11.00 - 11.20 per hour

Overnights (sleeping) -£70.00 or waking nights at hourly rate.
